Code of Conduct / Restricted Uses

Use of Client Logos for Marketing Purposes

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you (the "Client") grant Smiile Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Client's logo and trademarks (the "Client Marks") on Smiile Pty Ltd's website, in sales presentations, and in other marketing materials solely for the purpose of showcasing the Client's use of Smiile Pty Ltd's services or for indicating the Client as a customer of Smiile Pty Ltd.

Smiile Pty Ltd acknowledges that all use of the Client Marks will inure to the benefit of the Client and that Smiile Pty Ltd will not acquire any rights in the Client Marks beyond the scope of this license. Smiile Pty Ltd agrees to use the Client Marks in a manner that is consistent with the Client's brand guidelines and in good taste.

The Client may request that Smiile Pty Ltd discontinue its use of the Client Marks by submitting a written request to our support channel. Smiile Pty Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to evaluate such requests on a case-by-case basis. Removal or discontinuation of the use of Client Marks is not guaranteed and may be denied by Smiile Pty Ltd. Smiile Pty Ltd will engage in good faith discussions with the Client regarding the reasons for any such request.
